Simply mix Tasmanian Apple Cider with Haskap Liqueur to taste, a delicious summer drink.

Place in a cocktail shaker & give a good shake
- Couple solid blocks of ice 
- 1 part Vodka 
- 1 part Haskap Liqueur 
- ½ part sugar syrup 
- 2 parts soda water 
- Squeeze of lemon juice

- 15ml Vodka 
- 60ml Cream 
- 15ml Coffee Syrup 
- 40ml Haskap Liqueur 
Place in a cocktail shaker & give a good shake
- Couple solid blocks of ice 
- 30ml Baccardi rum 
- 60ml Haskap Liqueur 
- 50ml Cream 
- 40ml Chocolate Sauce
